Incomplete page loading and footer error

  • Hi, I’m having an issue with my website where the pages aren’t loading completely. On each page, the footer doesn’t appear, and instead, the code [rt_custom_block id="9324"] is displayed. Additionally, the header colors are broken and don’t display correctly, especially on the store page . This problem occurs on all pages of my website.

  • Hi @dingonsc,

    If you see raw shortcode on your website, like in your case [rt_custom_block id=”9324″], it means the plugin that implements it is inactive. I’m not familiar with that shortcode, and it seems to be custom coded.

    To fix this, you have to find the plugin that implements that or it could be in your theme. Did you make any modifications on your site prior to this issue, by any chance?

    Thnx @rollybueno ! Any advice on how to recognize which plug in or theme is making the error? We didn’t do any changes on the website, we only created a new page that is already deleted.

    I can’t find anything under that name in the WordPress repository. My guess, also based on the term “custom”, would be that this is a dynamically generated shortcode. It could therefore also have been provided by a plugin you are using based on individual settings. This setting could now be gone.

    I notice that you are using a child theme. This could also have had this shortcode defined. If it no longer works, you would have to ask the person who provided you with the child theme.

    I can’t think of any plugins that could be the reason for this. The deactivated ones don’t seem suspicious to me either, although I don’t know all of them.
