    Hello!

    Suddenly we have the message “There was an error processing your order. Please check for any charges in your payment method and review your?order history?before placing the order again.”
    We have checked and everything is updated in WooCommerce and Stripe, PHP is correct. Even the bank transfer option does not work.

    Can anyone help me?

    Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

    I understand the issue where your site displays the error message:
    “There was an error processing your order. Please check for any charges in your payment method and review your order history before placing the order again.”

    This happens even with the Bank Transfer option, despite everything being updated.

    May I ask when this issue started?
    Since multiple payment methods are affected, it might help to check the System Status Report.
    Please generate it from WooCommerce > Status, copy it to https://pastebin.com, and share the link here.

    Once I have more information, I will be in a better position to assist you further.

    Hello @doublezed2 , thank you very much for your answer.

    I had closed the topic because I didn’t want to bother you because I have solved it. The problem was that I added a code to include a new checkbox to accept another sales conditions policy required in my country, in addition to the privacy policy. It has worked for me until now. Now it generates a conflict but it’s not a problem I’ll find another solution ??

    Hi @patriquin,

    Thank you for reaching out and updating us on your resolution. Regarding adding another checkbox, you can do this without coding. Simply use a plugin like WooCommerce Checkout Manager (link) to edit the checkout fields and add a new checkbox for accepting the required sales conditions in your country.
