Unable to add IP because of a database error

    We have a table creation error in the database when adding an IP address, for example. The error message is:
    “Unable to add IP because of a database error. Please reload the page.”
    According to the logs, the table is not created.

    After investigations and multiple version installations, it turns out that the issue has been present since version 3.1.

    In the meantime, to use this feature, I was able to install an older version, add the IP, and then update to the current version.

    A new release of version 3.1.3 has been made which solves the problem, check it out.
