• I am facing an issue where emails sent from my website’s contact form using Contact Form 7 arrive without the submitted data. Instead of receiving the actual user input, I only get the following email format:

    vbnet

    CopyEdit

    From: [your-name] [your-email] Subject: [your-subject] Message Body:

    [your-message]

    — This is a notification that a contact form was submitted on your website ([_site_title] [_site_url]).

The issue is that the placeholders ([your-name], [your-email], [your-message], etc.) do not get replaced with the actual user-submitted data. I have already checked the Mail settings in Contact Form 7 and verified that the correct shortcodes are being used.

    Troubleshooting Steps I Have Taken:

? Updated Contact Form 7 to the latest version.
? Verified and reconfigured the mail template in the Mail tab.
? Enabled the “Use HTML content type” option.
? Contacted my hosting provider (Bluehost), and they confirmed that this is not a server-related issue.

Despite these actions, the problem persists, and I am still not receiving the actual form data in the emails.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?
