Full Width Header

  • My website is whooplon.com, and I’m trying to get my header to be full width. I’ve tried everything and searched the forums and Codex. Nothing seems to work! Any help appreciated, thanks!!

  • Do you mean covering the whole of screen? Because now it is even wider than the screen. I see a lot of extra margins/padding pushing the header wide of the screen

    Thanks for responding.

    I added the following:
    #header {
    background: url (/images/headers/Slide1.jpg) repeat-x top left;
    width: 1300px;}

    Is there still margin/padding that I need to change?

    How do I include margins/padding in the width, so that it doesn’t get pushed out?

    I see you got this to work on your site. could you share how? I am trying to achieve a full width header myself.
