Static block items order bug

    Hello,

    I can not rearrange static block items. When I try to drag and reorder – all items moves as one. Here is screenrecording: https://screenrec.com/share/BFcvrDwTNo

    There is no errors on browser inspector.

    Plugin version: 2.9.7
    WordPress version: 6.7.2
    Theme: custom block theme
