Suffusion Navigation Title

    I have just installed the Suffusion theme and am having the following problem: The Navigation header keeps displaying the Pages and Categories as menus and I dont know how to delete them. I havnt got them added as menu options and assume it must be a default with the Theme.

    I have read through the Forums and the Suffusion set-up guide but just cannot find the answer on how to delete them. Any help – please
