Help with install.php

  • I have a blog called, myhandyinfos.com and it’s up running and working fine. But there is one little issue. Once in a while when I try to load my website on a web browser the install.php loads up and asking me to install wordpress, as if wordpress is not installed.

    And after few hours it works fine again. I’ve been having this issue for the past few days. Can anyone help me please?

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – asking your web hosts whether they have been experiencing problems with their databsse server?
