How to get ride of Auto ping back and comments from linked website

  • Hi,

    I just created a website with wordpress and when ever i post a Article or any classified on some website i got that page URL and title in my side pages under comments category that look not good and also make trouble for SEO purpose .

    I received ping back or comments for only side pages

    Free Rap Beats , Download Instrumentals

    Not on home page

    each time comments come automatically on website and i have to go in my admin panel to remove that ping back or comments,

    Any help or idea ?
