Jwplayer problem

  • I am running wordpress from a folder in the root directory [the main site is in the root] and have jwplayer and jwplayer plugin for wp installed. Problem is that I get crossdomain restriction error when trying to run external media. I am pretty new to this and have tried everything suggested. Should my crossdomain file read .mydomain/blog?
