[Plugin: Custom Field Template] TinyMCE not behaving like the main TinyMCE

Hi there. First, thanks for a great plugin.

I just added a plugin called TinyMCE Advanced, which has a featured called:
Stop removing the <p> and <br> tags when saving and show them in the HTML editor. Basically, if I hit Enter a few times, those <br> will stay in the post after I’ve saved, and will also show up properly on the front-end as break lines.

This feature works fine in the post editor, but for some reason it doesn’t work with CFT’s textarea and TinyMCE.

Any idea why? I’ve tried with and without the wpautop function, and no go… Thanks again.
