    hmmm, still not working.
practically appearance, tools, settings not parsing correctly.

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress?

    – increasing the memory available to PHP?

It’s a fresh copy of installation.
That means straight after installation, when I tried access any of the administration site, the page will not get parsed corretly. some behavior includes: Save Changes button not present, clicking Tools gives a blank page, deleting, editing, saving, adding articles – clicking publish gives me blank page.

as for plugins, as mentioned above, it’s a fresh installation and i’m encountering the weird behavior, nevertheless, i did try the disabling all plugins method by creating a new plugins folder and renaming old plugins folder to plugins.hold which temporary disable all plugins and it’s still the same.
tried different browsers but still the same – Firefox, Chrome, Safari, MSIE

i’ve tried restarting web server, deleting wordpress mysql db, reupload fresh copy, but to no avail.

    bump, anyone?

Check with your host did you install this manually or did you use a install script.

    it’s self-hosting.
all other sites works fine except for wordpress sites.

    i installed manually.

    could it be permission issues?
