[Plugin: Fullscreen HTML Editor] Bug with html

Hi,
I might need other informations…
– Do you have any JS error while loading the page ?
– Are you working with both visual editor and html editor ?

Actually I get it working nicely in my installation but it may have some quirks on others… I’ll look into once I get a little bit more informations.

I probably have the same problem.
I use IE 8, my win7 is fully updated.
My hoster is offering wordpress hosting as one of their services, so their servers are set up right (everything else works) and i experience the following:

When editing a post in html view – different from the above user i do not see a button for full screen in visual view – and i switch to fullscreen it is not possible to close fullscreen, if i click on “close fullscreen” nothing happens.
But i can switch back to visual mode where i now also see the “close full screen button” but clicking on it does not work and all i can do is leave the article and call it up anew.

IE gives the following error code (sorry, in german):

On emore addition: after trying it the last time my whole system collapsed, i had to login anew and had to reload the dashboard twice before seeing it.
If this was caused by fullscreen i do not know but as this did not happen before it is likely and so in uninstalled it
Maybe it interferes with other plugins?

Hi viktor.
I looked into your problem and I’m sorry but I didn’t find anything that would explain your problem.
It’s working in my updated Windows 7 (IE8) test machine, I have a strange behaviour while clicking on “fullscreen” but it’s zooming and when I clicking on close it’s also working.

I also checked the JavaScript in Google compiler and I have no errors and no warnings..

I’ll try some tweaks but as I can’t reproduce your problem, it might be hard to fix !

I may have found something that would explain your problem.

Have you disabled the visual editor content or not ??? When I disable the visual editor everything works nicely but when the visual editor is enable I do get error like yours…

I didn’t test my plugin with visual editor enabled and I should have…
If your answer is yes, then I should be able to fix your problem…

Hello, sorry i′m only answering now but i did not find any time earlier to get back to you.

I must apologise because it seems that my problems with fullscreen were actually not caused by fullscreen but by leftover code and files after deinstalling of another plugin (Though i installed and desintalled it by the book).

I only found out by chance but now that i erased that leftover stuff my whole system works fine and fullscreen also works as it is supposed to and there was no need to turn off the visual editor.

So apologies for the false alarm and thanks for looking into it and trying to help.

It is working for me and I would like to say a huge THANK YOU.
That silly little window was driving me mad!
Much better now to write a post with html coding ??
