[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Mail comes from {unknown sender}

1. I tried populating “From” field in the Mail settings with [your-name] tag or just typed my name in it but it still comes from {unknown sender}. Is there something I am missing? Thanks for your help in advance.
2. After you submit the form (in Chrome)it reloads page at the top and since my from is longer it doesn’t show the message at the bottom that says we received your email etc. Can something be done about that at all?
