IE keeps wanting to download the php files

I’ve transfered my blog from one server to another, but after I’ve uploaded the database, I can’t access the admin area anymore. Every time I try, IE keeps try to download the file instead of opening it in the browser. WHat happened? Before I transfered the database, everything seemed to work just fine.
