[Plugin: WPtouch] WPTouch not working

I don’t think I did anything wrong. I’ve installed PRO on all sites for one of my clients. But for this client, with the free version, no matter what I do, I can’t get WPTouch to show up for https://chasemecpa.com.

I added blackberry 9700 as an agent, so I should be able to see it, shouldn’t I? I’m even running it in restrictive mode. What am I missing?
