[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] "Rendering of template gallery-galleryview.php failed"

    I am trying to setup the GalleryView. I installed the plugin successfully and added the
    code as instructed to call the gallery:

    [ nggallery id=1 template=galleryview images=0 ]

    But when you go to the gallery page, instead of seeing the gallery, all you see is the following error message:

    “Rendering of template gallery-galleryview.php failed”

    Any ideas please?…This is the second time I post this error as no one has an answer for me or even a single reply. It has been 2 weeks and still no help from any support staff. Please this is urgent.
