• The last couple of weeks when I go to my widgets page and try to edit the existing widgets I am unable to do so. I click on the widget in the right column to open it…it looks like it opens but there is no data or lines for me to edit. No visible information. Also cannot edit dates on my blog posts.
So far I have tried other browsers, cleared cache, ctrl f5 on the widget screen, checked with host (hostgator) to make sure that I have appropriate permissions, made sure that I am admin on my blog. I am at a loss now.
    My blog is https://www.ezonlineoptions.com
I use windows 7 OS and hostgator hosts my blog.

Any suggestions you have are welcome.
    Thanks,
    Sharon Keiser

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress?

    – increasing the memory available to PHP?
