    I am attempting export self-hosted blog to migrate to wordpress.com

    After exporting about 17MB of xml the process halts with this error

    <b>Fatal error</b>: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in <b>/xd1/homes/hash/41/a2141/90/05/u20590/seekerblog.com/www/wp-includes/formatting.php</b> on line <b>260</b>

    I got hosting service to increase timeout to 5 minutes. That solved the problem. The export was about 5,600 posts.
