Yahoo Hosting takes a long time to display changes???

I have been using Go Daddy for hosting a good number of WP sites and not run into this there…I have a client that had his hosting on Yahoo small business so we left it there, but as I am trying to get this site built out, I am realizing that as I am making changes to the site they might or might not show up on the “live” site. For instance, If I make a change to the page order in the menu, maybe it that change will show up immediately and maybe it won’t. maybe it will take 15 minutes or maybe an hour. And to make it more frustrating is that different browsers (I am viewing this on IE8, Google and FF) will show the changes at different times. I have tried clearing the cache on all the browsers, but to no avail. The site is https://theremnanttrust.com/wp
When I called Yahoo, the tech wasn;t real familiar with WP and after checking with an engineer, said that there wasn’t a “script.log” file in the root directory. I added one, but no logs were being written to it after making changes to one of the pages. I need to have this site up and rolling completely for the client for a board meeting on Monday….any ideas??? THANKS!
