  • The index.php file you copied in your root open in editor and add wordpress in line 17 so you have

    require(‘./wordpress/wp-blog-header.php’);

    and save file

    I did that and rechecked the index.php file, but i still get the same error message. Anything else that i’m missing?

    Try switch to twentyten theme see if you still have same problem if it works then try and reinstall your theme.

    I’ve been making the edits thru Dreamweaver (in remote view). Just to double-check, I went into the the webhost’s file manager via cPanel and checked the file and it was unchanged. I edited the file via cPanel and it worked. Thanks for your quick response!
