Giving WordPress Its Own Directory
-
I want to define my site URL as https://essexskatingclub.org, but have the wordpress directory set as https://essexskatingclub.org/wordpress.
I followed the directions outlined in https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory
but am receiving the following error message when i try to go to the site URL (https://essexskatingclub.org):
Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘./wp-blog-header.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php52/pear’) in /home/essexska/public_html/index.php on line 17
Not sure what I’m missing. I tried to search for an existing forum on this subject, but couldn’t find one that was ‘resolved’. Please advise.
