[Plugin: Advertizer] Can't Figure out Tag Ninja

Hello, I downloaded this plugin, but the instructions aren’t very clear how to get it working. I input my facebook Apps API key, but now I don’t how to go about tagging my facebook friends in my post. If anyone who is using this could help I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!!
