I cant get my theme up and running!!!! Help

Help Me.

I tried uploading the corporate them from studiopress and that did not install correctly.

Now I tried the agent press theme nad this does not work. I dowloaded it to my PC then I uploaded it and thhis message comes up.

I paid for support through studiopress, but I cant access it.
