replace the jquery sliders with Flash

Hi, I am using the Helios theme. My client wants to change the jQuery sliders to a Flash animation.

I looked at the editor, but I don’t where to replace the code.
Also, when I view the source in the home page, I can see where to change the code, but If I open the index page, I don’t see where to change the code.

It’s a little confusing.
