how to change the files using cpanel

  • I got this message on my homepage

    Notice: start_wp is deprecated since version 1.5! Use new WordPress Loop instead. in /home2/cosmetic/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3237

    and as well as this message in categories

    Notice: get_links is deprecated since version 2.1! Use get_bookmarks() instead. in /home2/cosmetic/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3237

    Can any one take time to explain what it is and how I can change these files using cpanel.

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?
