Accessing tvallshows.info site because of surveys

I used the tvallshows.info the first time with no trouble or survey to access the site. Ever since it ask me to complete one of the surveys. I went to the facebook theme survey. At first couldn’t download the required yoontoo app to move on. After some support the sent me a link just started for Mac to be able to download what I needed to move forward. I got it downloaded and used the facebook themes and applied one to my page. Still says not completed survey to access the site. All the other surveys I cannot try because they don’t work for Mac computers. What can I do to access the tvallshows.info site because even after completing the stuff they ask it doesn’t acknowledge my completion of the required surveys. I did find one other survey about insurance quotes to complete. Went through all the steps and completed it and still wouldn’t let me access the site. Can you do anything to allow me to use the site. Please help, it seems to be the best streaming tv site I have ever found with the best selection. Really want to be able to use it.
