Post Redirect Not Opening in New Window

    Hi,

    I’ve tried three different Post/Page Redirects Plugins and not one of them will open the external link in a new window. It is very odd. I used the one plugin on another site and it worked, but no longer.

    I am thinking it is not a plugin issue but something in the main code.

    Is there something in the latest WP version that disallows the opening in a new window?

    Would love some help/advice/insight.
