New bug with "basic-facebook-social-plugins"

As of Feb 2011, Facebook (FB) made some big changes to how FB Pages work.
Ever since that change, the “basic-facebook-social-plugins” plugin does not work properly.
If you are logged into FB, and access your page, then the social plugins not longer appear. But then when you log out and reload the page, the plugins appear again.
Can you correct this?
