changes from one wordpress theme to another and got odd notice
-
Hello all,
I am new to wordpress and still very much in the first steps of learning the ropes for how to run websites with it, so if anyone gives me a tip, please, bear this in mind.
I recently installed wordpress 3.0.5 on a XAMPP localhost on my pc and during my experimentation decided to switch themes from the basic twenty ten to something else (fusion theme)
Shortly after I get these three notices above my dashboard, in the qu8ickpress box, and in incoming links:
Notice: register_widget_control is deprecated since version 2.8! Use wp_register_widget_control() instead. in C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-includes\functions.php on line 3237
Notice: Undefined index: action in C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-content\themes\fusion\functions.php on line 120
Notice: has_cap was called with an argument that is deprecated since version 2.0! Usage of user levels by plugins and themes is deprecated. Use roles and capabilities instead. in C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-includes\functions.php on line 3321
The first of the three above appears most frequently.
Any suggestions anyone?
