REGISTRATION EMAIL NOT SENT

    Hi,i had previously asked this question but no one help me…

    my site registration email is not sent to the specified email for new users. However in my dashboard i am able to see the new users.
    Can someone pls help me pls….

    Hi, thank you for the response.

    If i were to use the plugin in method, does it mean i can only use an gmail to send?

    anyway, how does the mail get sent to the users? i believe there are content in them, where do i configure the content?
    i am using ixhosting, and there is mailbox being set up with the hosting plan, can i use those mailboxes?

    Oh drat! That was a good article too! ?? I’ll take out of my useful links list. Thanks for the heads up.

    With regard to your email problems, try contacting your hosts and asking them if they have PHP mail() enabled on your server. That might help to determine whether you need a plugin or not. All the plugin does is allow you to use a different method to send mail called SMTP.
