Front page only showing latest post. HELP!

Last night I created a new post and now when I go to my blog’s main domain (https://www.LisasCreativeDesigns.com/lisascottageblog) its redirecting to my latest post https://www.lisascreativedesigns.com/lisascottageblog/2011/02/decorating-with-collectibles-and-flea-market-finds.html
and only showing that post. It is suppoed to show my last 4 posts per page. I am not sure what I did wrong or how to fix this. I am pretty new to wordpress and I need help.
I also activated the plugin Akismet last night and I am not sure if that messed something up.

Can someone help me please? I am not that technical so please explain in layman’s terms.
