Sorry, but you have no permissions to change settings. ERROR!???

    I forgot my password and used the reset password option from the wordpress login page got the email followed the link to reset my password and now can’t login at all I get a white page with message “Sorry, but you have no permissions to change settings.
    “

    Can someone tell me what file I need to set permissions for on my server or what I need to do?
