How to make a page in a ‘fake’ folder?

Hello,

Say I have a post named “blue-box”, and I want to make a <i>page</i> named “blue-box” as well, and still have the same perma (“blue-box”). I can’t do this obviously, so what I want is to have the page go into a ‘fake’ folder or something along those lines.

In other words, I want to be able to make a page and designate it to “site.com/pages/page-name” while still having my regular permalink set up as “site.com/post-name”.

My goal is to be able to create a page, and make the link be “site.com/pages/page-name” instead of “site.com/page-name”. This would only effect pages, I still want all my links intact, and all my posts to continue being rewritten as “site.com/post-name”.

I looked into this and stumbled upon a plugin called “Fake Folders” but it does not work with 1.3+.

I appreciate any insight into this issue.
