Fatal Error after upgrade from 3.0 to 3.1

    Hi,
    My site is: https://hCG.BeFit4Free.net and I just did the automatic update in the wordpress admin area. It REALLY MESSED UP MY SITE.

    When I try to go to the admin area /wp-admin , I get this error:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class wpdb in /home/befit4fr/public_html/hcg/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 52

    When I go to the home page, I get a BLANK screen. ANY HELP would be GREATLY appreciated.

    I have now manually updated the wp-admin and wp-content folders via FTP and also the files in the root of the site (like /index.php) but I still have the same problems.
