Rename page/ add new pages in wordpress premium theme

    Hello to You,

    I need some help with development a website on an wordpress premium theme. I didn’t find yet the best theme to modify by myself. My question is : Can I modify the name of a page (existing already in wordpress premium theme) can I add some new pages too?

    Thank You very much for upcoming answers. I tell you I don’t know much CSS or HTML but I really want to modify by myself the theme. You think is possible?

    I need a good reference to a super-customizable theme also
