Using Access Control to create some Administrator only pages (site documentation).
Set Access Control to “Only accessible by members” and “Administrator”
    But neglected to set Visibility:Private.

    Behavior:
When anonymous user searches, access controlled pages are returned in the search results, which causes user to be re-directed to login page (presumably because they tried to view content restricted by Access Control).

    Workaround:
Always remember to set Access Controlled pages to Private

    Ideal Fix:
Access Control automatically sets any pages marked “Members only” to be private – I cannot see a use case for “Members only” “Public” pages – in fact, it is contradictory?
