Please help! Where do I find themes and how Do I install?

The WordPress Theme Repository has hundreds of free Themes to explore.

You can also access it from your WP Dashboard:

Dashboard -> Appearance -> Add New Theme

Do you know where I can find the ones that are specifically for Real Estate websites?

Also, I have seen downloadable “themes” on pirate bay, I was wondering if you know if I can use those as well, and if they are different from the 1000+ that are on this website?

I definitely would not personally download anything from pirate bay, you never know what your going to get, google wordpress real estate themes and thousands pop up from legitimate wordpress theme developers

I found one I like now.. my next problem is that it said it was free, but then when I click on it , I am transfered to a new site where it says I have to buy it for $69. Yikes.
