Well, I can’t update my CDN files using these “Upload XXX files” buttons under CDn settings because they simply don’t react when I click on them. (Not so important: The menu “Viewing” doesn’t react on any menu item click as well.)

This is really annoying… Any ideas how I can still use the Total Cache buttons?

Side note: Using latest WordPress version and Total Cache version. I’m not fully sure when it stopped working, maybe WP 3.0.3

Further information: I’m using Firefox 3.6.13
All I can say that it just stopped working with WordPress 3.0.3 (maybe even 3.0.2 or 3.0.4).

None can help or has an idea how to fix it?

Wtf? Does anyone of the developers even read this?

This is a serious issue since I can’t edit the CDN files!
The button Export media library to CDN and all other ones on that page simply don’t work! There are hover/click effects but nothing happens then. I remember that the progress window normally appeared. Also the CDN is correctly set up and works properly – just updating the files doesn’t work.

Am I the only one having this problem or what?

    No, you’re not.
    I have the same problem.é

…ah great. At least I’m not alone. Any comments from the devs?

    Knock knock.

I don’t understand why none wants to comment on this. Do I have to donate some money or what? Am I and fgueho the only webmasters having this serious problem?

    Tim

Only thing I can recommend is submitting a bug report to them through the W3TC performance section. This way they will have more information relating to your issue.

In the meantime, you can always bypass the CDN upload function by FTPing directly to your wordpress host and pulling all of the image files from your site and then FTPing to the CDN and uploading the files manually.

This should work fine since you claim your CDN rewrites are still working properly.

It’s an extra step, but you can always grab the free FTP client FileZilla and give it a shot.

    Hope this helps a bit…

    Hello pcmichiana,

    Thanks for your help.
I tried submitting a bug report but that doesn’t work either -> Nothing happens after I select the “submit bug report” menu item -> There is no form to enter what I’ve found out etc. Oh well… to bad that Frederick Townes doesn’t want to answer although he seems to be active here.

An official comment on this is appreciated. As I already wrote submitting a bug report doesn’t work either.

I feel stupid for talking to myself here…anyway just for your information: Firefox 4.0 doesn’t fix it. So it MUST be a problem in the plugin code.

@developers of W3 Total Cache (anyone there?)
Please let me know if you need more information to fix this issue as I can’t submitting a bug report!

    Tim

Tim Rogers, I believe this issue fixed in developer version. Did you try it?

have you tried disabling all other plugins to see if they are conflicting with W3TC?

    (@stealingisbad)

Still same problem with the new W3 Total Cache version 0.9.2.1…

What I forgot to say: It’s not only the CDN buttons but also “Submit Bug report“, “Compatibility check“, “Test ftp server” and many more …
More than half of the buttons don’t work for me and there is NO workaround!

Again: I’m willed to help out with a little testing and giving out information that could help but it seems that the developer isn’t interested in fixing this. I’m offering my help but the “Submit Bug report” button doesn’t work!!

    Tim

W3 Cache is selling cloudbased caching. I would imagine CDN is not a priority as such despite the fact that if you care enough to go down the CDN road you probably are not interested in some basic caching service that has no allowance for fragmented caching.

    Hm?
I said that about 50% of the other buttons like “Submit Bug report“, “Compatibility check“, “Test ftp server” etc. don’t work either.

    Regards,
    Tim
