Green Apples Header Description problem

So, I recently re-did my blog and went with Green Apples – which by and large I am happy with. However, I am having some problems with the style sheet. I managed to change some things but largely it is by trial and error. Now I can’t manage to get the header description (reads “real life tales from the emergency room) to move into the right place. For some reason it looks fine when you go to an individual post but when on the home page, it is too low. My site is https://www.erstories.net and here is my stylesheet script. Where is the spot I modify it’s position?
