Have you cleared your browser’s cache and cookies?

I just did and also re-booted – no change.

What happens if you enter this directly ?
https://mywebsite.com/wordpress/wp-admin/post.php

It goes to the login screen and it once again goes nowhere.

I had this problem before, I think. You enter your login details and it gives you a blank screen or it just sits there? With my case it was the former, and I had to delete a file and reupload that file. I forget which it was. Those flagged questions would come in handy now:)

I’ve been looking at all the old threads with similiar problems and I think I have replaced most of the files mentioned. This is getting very frustrating since I don’t even get any kind of error message so that I can backtrack.

Is there and other way to get to the Administration Screen and/or to edit and replace the Blog page?
