    I just updated to wordpress 3.1 today. And now I get the above error message at the bottom of the screen under the wordpress footer in the wp-admin section of the site. In fact, I wouldn’t have even noticed it, but posting a blog is impossible because you have to hand code (something I don’t want to do unless I have to) and you cannot add tags for the entry.

    Here is the error again.
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: encodeunsafe() in /home4/meltedzi/public_html/oldmanandbittergirl/wp-includes/compat.php on line 136

    Suggestions? Help?
