    I am trying to locate “php.ini” so I can increase the size of the video I can upload to the blog. Can someone please let me know where it file is located?

    Ask your Web Host. Not all allow you to edit it.

    However, the size of my video upload is restricted by my blog (WordPress, 8MB?), not my web host. My Web Host allows me 10GB and no limit on each upload. Do I still ask my Web Host?

    I think the largest file I have is 90MB. I uploaded it via ftp and put it into wp with html. Works fine. For large files, using the insert image is too slow.

    I ended up not uploading video. My webmaster showed me how to upload video using FileZilla. I was able to upload a large video (I do not remember the exact size), but the video is VERY slow on my blog. Too slow to use.

    I ended up uploading the video to Youtube and then embedding it in my blog. Works great – look great and very fast.

    Not sure if it is of anyhelp to anyone, but the issue for me no longer exists.
