Posts Won't Appear on "Blog" page

    How can I get my posts to appear under a page other than my home page? I understand the whole make your home page static and make the blog page for posts thing, but everytime I try to make a “home” page it is not the same layout as my actual front page. How can I make a home page that has the exact same layout as my front page now?

    By creating a custom page template that replicates the layout of your index.php template file. Then applying the new template to your static front page.
