How can I create a "home" page that is identical to my front page?

    I was wondering how I can create a “home” page and make the layout look identical to my front page. If I try to create a home page the layout automatically reverts to default as opposed to the front page layout (i.e. three home boxes and a slider). I want it to have the home boxes and slider. How can I do this?
