Visual Mode Not Appearing

    Hi,

    After having problem in MYsql. I cannot add new posts via using visual mode only html is available and the font are appearing in white color.
    In addition to this when i am at posts section i cannot minimize any of the tools at left as plugin or appearance.
    I have tried to disable all the plugin and reactivated them in addition to this all the wordpress blogs which are installed in the same server are having the same issue.
    Hope you guys can help me out with this.
