well this is hopeless, login still not working

The hosting company basically said this was my problem and would not bother helping me. I have tried other suggestions that were shown about this issue on here, nothing has worked, so what is going on? When will I be able to login or at least reset my password? It is like a hopeless situation. I try logging in and it just does not do anything.
