[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Albums Not Being Created

For whatever reason when I create an album in our gallery folder or via the plugin, NextGen doesn’t realize it’s there. Whether it has images or not, permissions are changed or not, it just doesn’t exist. As such, I can’t post a new gallery since the plugin isn’t recognizing it’s existence.

After a bit of thought, the only thing that’s changed between the last time we’ve used the program is the upgrade from 3.0 to 3.1
