[Plugin: Translate] Insufficient permissions

    I installed Translate, then went to the settings. I added French first, and it set it to default. I want to make English default. I added English, but when I click on it I get this message:

    “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

    I have no idea why this is happening. I am an admin.
