• I have installed eShop 6.2.4, and I am testing it. None of the items to be sold have a shipping charge associated with them, so for the shipping rate calculation, I have checked Method 3 ( one overall charge no matter what quantity is ordered ), and I set the A (Overall charge) to 0.00. The first checkout screen shows the correct amount, and there is a link that says “Shipping Rates”. Clicking on that shows:

Shipping rates by class and zone (subject to change)
    Ship Class Zone 1
    A (Overall charge) $0.00
    F (Free) $0.00

However, when I click “Proceed to Confirmation” the next screen shows that a shipping charge of $15 is added, even though the same link to shipping rates reveals the $0.00 info as above.

    What am I doing wrong?

I changed the Shipping rate from No to F, and that seems to have fixed it. Still not sure where the $15 came from, though. Thanks much for your quick response.

I’m having the same issue. I want to charge a flat $10 shipping per order, and in the test it keeps coming up as $15.

    any thoughts?

    Thanks!
