Why wp-admin-ajax.php loads at the same time with root domain?

Hi everyone,
working on the optimization of my page load time, I’ve discovered using this tool:
https://www.yottaa.com/url/www-clubpronostics-com-4d7f28fd3820761bb8000003/page_load
that admin-ajax.php loads at the same time with my blog, which seems not to be normal, and adds 1/2 sec to the overall page load time.
Can someone tell me what’s wrong?
